Growing up around Northern California agriculture, my life always circled back to the love of farming. Still, nothing prepared me for the day I saw my first Ayam Cemani. I was awestruck by its beauty and the quiet, magnificent elegance of its ink-black feathers. Recognizing a deep need for these rare creatures in our region, my lifelong passion for farming finally found its ultimate purpose, and Legacy Reserve Farms was born.
At Legacy Reserve Farms, our healthy Ayam Cemani chicks are sold between two and four weeks of age , and 4 to 6 weeks of age . For their safety, we personally hand-deliver all orders within a 150-mile radius of our Northern California farm, with a required order minimum of 10 chicks. While we only service the Northern and Central California areas, please email us directly to discuss options if your location is outside this 150-mile delivery zone.
